This mistake is very easy to make, and it is one that is very commonly made by foreigners in Japan, usually to the consequence of great embarassment on both ends (>ω<;)☆
The girl wanted to say「すわっていいですか？」(suwatte ii desu ka?) Which means "Can I sit down?"
But, she made a little mistake with the verb sound and accidentally said「さわっていいですか？」(sawatte ii desu ka?) Which means “Can I touch you?”
To make sure that you don’t make the same embarassing mistake, make sure you know the difference between the verbs すわる (suwaru) - to sit - and さわる (sawaru) - to touch!
